Luxos acts as the transaction facilitator and authentication intermediary, and in some cases may act as the seller where explicitly stated on the product page.

2. Authenticity & Buyer Protection

  • Every item is physically received and inspected by Luxos before dispatch
  • Items undergo authentication checks including materials, branding, and identifiers
  • Items that do not meet authenticity standards are rejected and never shipped

If an item is:

  • Not authentic
  • Not as described
  • Damaged or incorrect

You are entitled to a return and full refund in accordance with our Returns Policy

3. Eligibility

4. Orders & Acceptance
