Vendor Agreement

This Vendor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Luxos (“we”, “us”, “our”) and any individual or business (“Vendor”, “you”) listing products for sale on https://luxos.co.uk. By listing products on Luxos, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

1. Marketplace Model

Luxos operates as a curated marketplace for pre-owned luxury goods.

  • Vendors list items for sale on the Luxos platform
  • Once sold, items must be sent to Luxos for authentication
  • Luxos will inspect, verify, and dispatch the item to the customer

👉 Vendors do not ship directly to customers

2. Authentication Requirement (Mandatory)

All items sold through Luxos must pass our authentication process:

  • Items must be shipped to Luxos promptly after sale
  • Luxos will inspect items for:
  • Authenticity
  • Condition
  • Accuracy vs listing

If an item:

  • Fails authentication
  • Is not as described
  • Is damaged or incorrect

👉 It will:

  • Not be shipped to the customer
  • Be returned to the Vendor
  • Result in cancellation of the order and refund to the buyer

3. Vendor Responsibilities

As a Vendor, you agree to:

  • List only genuine, authentic items
  • Provide accurate and complete descriptions, including:
  • Brand
  • Condition
  • Size
  • Colour
  • Any defects
  • Maintain accurate inventory availability
  • Dispatch sold items to Luxos within 3–5 business days

You must not:

  • List counterfeit or replica goods
  • Misrepresent items in any way
  • Sell prohibited or illegal products

4. Fees & Commission (0% Selling Fees)

  • Luxos currently offers 0% commission on all sales
  • There are no listing fees or selling fees at this time

👉 Important:

  • This is a promotional pricing structure
  • Luxos reserves the right to introduce or modify fees in the future
  • Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect completed sales

5. Order Fulfilment

  • Orders are confirmed only after the item is:
  • Received by Luxos
  • Authenticated and approved
  • Vendors must:
  • Package items securely
  • Use tracked shipping when sending to Luxos

Failure to dispatch items within the required timeframe may result in:

  • Order cancellation
  • Account warnings or suspension

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

Luxos manages all customer returns and disputes.

  • Customers are entitled to returns in line with Luxos policies
  • Vendors agree to accept returns where:
  • Items are not authentic
  • Items are not as described
  • Items are defective or incorrect

If a return is approved due to Vendor fault:

  • The Vendor is responsible for:
  • Refund costs
  • Return handling costs (where applicable)

Luxos may deduct applicable amounts from future payouts.

7. Pricing Policy

Vendors agree to:

  • Price items fairly and accurately
  • Ensure pricing is not misleading

Luxos reserves the right to:

  • Remove listings with incorrect or suspicious pricing
  • Suspend accounts engaging in misleading pricing practices

8. Prohibited Activities

Vendors must not:

  • Sell counterfeit, stolen, or illegal goods
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • Attempt to bypass the Luxos platform

Violation may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Removal of listings
  • Permanent ban from the platform

9. Intellectual Property

By listing products, you grant Luxos the right to:

  • Use product images, descriptions, and branding
  • Display and promote listings across marketing channels

You confirm that:

  • You have the right to use all content provided
  • Your listings do not infringe third-party rights

10. Liability & Indemnity

Vendors are responsible for:

  • The authenticity and legality of their products
  • Any claims arising from products sold

You agree to indemnify Luxos against:

  • Claims related to counterfeit goods
  • Intellectual property violations
  • Misrepresentation or legal breaches

Nothing in this Agreement limits your statutory rights or obligations under UK law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

Luxos may suspend or terminate Vendor accounts if:

  • You breach this Agreement
  • You sell counterfeit or prohibited goods
  • You fail to fulfil orders

12. Compliance with Laws

Vendors must comply with all applicable laws, including:

  • UK consumer protection laws
  • Intellectual property laws
  • Trading and advertising regulations

13. Changes to This Agreement

Luxos may update this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
