Every item listed on Luxos is first sent to our authentication hub, where it is inspected and verified before being dispatched to the buyer. This means you will never receive an item directly from a seller, and every purchase is handled and fulfilled by Luxos.

Every item sold on Luxos is physically verified before shipping. Once an item is sold, it is sent to our authentication hub where our experts carefully inspect materials, branding, and identifying features. Only items confirmed as authentic are approved for dispatch. If an item does not pass authentication, it is not shipped to the buyer.

Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery in line with our Returns Policy. Returns are accepted for change of mind (subject to conditions), as well as for items that are not as described, damaged, or incorrect. Refunds are processed after the item has been inspected. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Delivery takes place in two stages. First, the seller sends the item to Luxos, where it is authenticated and inspected. Once approved, the item is dispatched to you. UK delivery typically takes between 3–7 business days. All orders are shipped after authentication is complete, and deliveries are tracked and insured where applicable.

Some items may be eligible for an optional professional cleaning service before dispatch. This service is carried out after authentication and is designed to improve the presentation of pre-owned items. Availability will be shown on the product page where applicable.

We accept major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and Google Pay. Instalment options such as Klarna (Pay in 3) and Clearpay may also be available depending on your eligibility and location.
